All three plans include a 14-day free trial — no credit card required to start. Annual billing saves about two months. Custom (BYO-LLM + enterprise) is contact-only.

When do I need Custom?
Custom is a separate "talk to us" tier — not something you can buy yourself. Reach out when you want any of these:
- Bring-your-own AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Ollama, vLLM on your infrastructure).
- Unlimited workflow runs / voice recordings / PDF ingest at scale.
- A custom workflow wired into your operational systems (order lookup, dispatch, invoicing).
- Dedicated onboarding for a team rolling it out across many locations.
Frequently asked pricing questions
Is there really a free trial — and do I need a credit card?
Yes, 14 days on every plan. We do ask for a card at sign-up so the trial converts to a paid plan automatically without a service interruption — you can cancel any time inside the dashboard during the trial and you won't be charged.
How much do I save with annual billing?
Annual billing on each plan is roughly two months free compared with paying monthly:
- Starter: $470 / year vs. $588 monthly equivalent → save $118.
- Growth: $1,240 / year vs. $1,548 monthly equivalent → save $308.
- Pro: $2,870 / year vs. $3,588 monthly equivalent → save $718.
Switch between monthly and yearly from Account → Subscription in your dashboard.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Account → Subscription → Change plan in your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you keep what you already paid for.
What if I need more than 30 agents or 30 websites on the Pro plan?
Pro includes add-on packs for exactly this. Contact us at /workflows/request and we will add the extra slots to your account — you stay on Pro, no plan change needed. We will confirm pricing and add the capacity within one business day.
Are there overage fees?
No surprise overage charges. Workflow runs and voice recordings are capped per plan tier — when you hit the cap the agent keeps answering chats normally, only the metered feature pauses until the next cycle (or you upgrade). The chat agent itself, lead capture, and conversation inbox are never capped.
Do you charge per conversation or per message?
No. Conversations and messages are unlimited on every plan. We meter the heavier features (workflow runs, voice recording uploads, PDF ingestion) because they involve significant LLM token usage on our side.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The only thing you pay is your monthly or annual plan fee. Installation is a single <script> tag — about five minutes — and we have an AI-guided setup that walks you through training your agent on day one.
What about white-label / custom branding?
White-label (remove the "Powered by Coffield.io" footer, customize the chat header and launcher colour) is included on Pro. The detailed setup is covered in White-label branding.
Do you do annual contracts or invoicing for larger teams?
Yes — pay annually on any plan from the checkout page. For purchase orders, multi-seat licensing, or NET-30 terms, contact us and we'll set it up.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, no contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancel from Account → Subscription → Cancel subscription any time. You keep access until the end of your paid period; no refunds on partial months but no surprise charges either.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export your leads, conversations, and knowledge base from the dashboard before you cancel. After cancellation we keep your data for 30 days so you can reactivate without losing anything, then it's deleted. See Security and data.
