White-label branding (Pro add-on)
The white-label add-on lets you remove the small "Powered by Coffield.io" link from the bottom of your chat widget and customize what your visitors see — the header label and the floating launcher button.
It's a $150/month add-on available on the Pro plan and on Custom plans.
When to consider it
- You want the chat widget to look like a fully native part of your own brand.
- Your website has its own product name and you don't want a third-party brand on the page.
- You're reselling Coffield.io-powered assistants to your own clients (Custom plan).
If you're happy with the small "Powered by Coffield.io" link, you don't need this add-on. The widget works the same way either way.
What changes when it's active

Everything else — knowledge, conversations, leads, integrations — works exactly the same.
How to set it up
Step 1 — Make sure you're on the Pro plan
The add-on requires the Pro plan (or a Custom plan). If you're on Starter or Growth, upgrade your subscription first from Settings → Subscription.
Step 2 — Ask us to turn on the add-on
Today the add-on is enabled by our team after billing is set up.
Email support@coffield.io with:
- The name of your workspace (you can find it in the top-left workspace switcher)
- "Please enable the white-label add-on"
We'll confirm pricing, charge the add-on to your account, and flip the switch the same business day.
Step 3 — Customize the labels
Once the add-on is active, go to AI Agents → External integrations. You'll see a new White-label branding card with two fields:
- Brand label — shown at the top of the chat panel. Leave blank to use the agent's name.
- Launcher button text — replaces the speech-bubble icon with your text (kept short — up to 24 characters).
Click Save branding. The change takes effect the next time a visitor loads a page on your website (they may need to refresh once).
Frequently asked questions
Can I turn it on for one workspace and off for another? Yes. The add-on is per workspace. Each workspace is billed and toggled separately.
Does it remove every reference to Coffield.io? It removes the "Powered by Coffield.io" footer in the chat widget. The Coffield.io brand still appears inside your team's dashboard (where you manage agents) — that area is for your team, not your visitors.
Can I use my own logo as the launcher? Not yet. The launcher accepts short text only. Custom-logo launchers are planned for a future update.
What if I want to cancel the add-on later? Email support@coffield.io. We'll prorate the cancellation. Your widgets will go back to showing the "Powered by Coffield.io" footer at the next page load.
Troubleshooting
