Your AI agents

An agent is the AI assistant that talks to visitors on your website, captures leads, books appointments, and answers questions. You can have more than one agent (for example: one for sales, one for support) — see the limits below.

How many agents can I have?

Your current usage is shown at the top of the AI Agents → Agents page. For example:

"5 of 30 agents in use — 25 remaining."

When you reach your limit, the New agent button disappears and the page tells you what to do next:

  • Starter or Growth: "You are using all X agents on your plan. Upgrade your plan to add more, or delete one to free up a slot." Upgrade from Account → Subscription → Change plan.
  • Pro: "You are using all 30 agents on your plan. Need more? Contact us to purchase an agent add-on pack, or delete one to free up a slot." A Need more agents? Contact us → button also appears in the top-right corner. Add-on packs extend your cap without a plan change — request one here.

You can also free up a slot on any plan by deleting an agent you no longer need.

Creating your first agent

  1. Go to AI Agents → Agents.
  2. Click New agent (top-right).
  3. Walk through the three short steps:
    • Basics — name your agent and pick a starting template (e.g. "Sales Assistant").
    • Personality — how the agent should sound (friendly, professional, etc.) and what color it should use.
    • Leads & hand-off — what info to collect (name, email, phone) and where new leads should go.
  4. Click Create.

You'll land on the agent's edit page. From here you can:

  • See a readiness score (how ready the agent is for visitors).
  • Edit any section at any time.
  • Click Test to chat with the agent yourself before putting it on your website.

  1. AI Agents -> Agents
  2. Click New agent (top-right)
  3. Complete each setup step in order
  4. Click Create

Editing an existing agent

  1. Go to AI Agents → Agents.
  2. Click Edit on the row for the agent you want to change.
  3. Make your changes and click Save.

Changes take effect immediately on every site where the agent is embedded.

  3. Click Edit
  4. Update fields
  5. Click Save

Deleting an agent

Heads up: Deleting an agent is permanent. All of its conversations and knowledge stay in your account, but the agent will stop responding on your website.

  1. Go to AI Agents → Agents.
  2. Click Delete on the row for the agent.
  3. Confirm.

If the agent was embedded on a live website, you should also remove the embed snippet from your site — otherwise visitors will see an error.

Putting the agent on your website

  1. Open the agent's edit page.
  2. Scroll to Installation (toward the bottom).
  3. Copy the one-line <script> snippet.
  4. Paste it into your website's HTML, just before the closing </body> tag.

Don't have a developer? Most website builders (Squarespace, Wix, WordPress) have a "Custom code" or "Embed HTML" block where you can paste this snippet.

Click path

  1. Open agent edit page
  2. Scroll to Installation
  3. Click Copy snippet
  4. Paste before </body> (or in your website builder's custom code area)
  5. Reload your site and confirm the bubble appears
